If you're doing story missions, just highlight the pistons & it'll show you which ones to replace (after you do the test). Let it soak, the longer the better, a couple of days if you can. Now comes the tricky part, You can not compress liquid in an automobile engine.

You could also try STP in the Blue bottle, but IMO Lucas would work better. Team either up with a 50 grade oil and hope it doesn't cold this winter where you live.
