Take a close look at the studs and the lug nuts to see how the threads look, any other defects (cracks, etc). Also make sure there is no damage to the rest of the suspension on that corner. Also tire people are idiots, I retorque anytime someone else put my wheels on. X2 cold flow is a common property of aluminum. Constant heating and cooling from driving and parking the nuts will eventually work their way out slowly. I had a similar issue on my old toyota.
